A community forum regarding the PUSH Green Energy Efficiency Program will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. todayin D’Youville College’s Madonna Hall, 320 Porter Ave.
PUSH Green is a community-based, energy efficiency program created by People United for Sustainable Housing and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority as part of a statewide effort to make homes more comfortable and efficient, make communities more sustainable, reduce energy burdens and create local jobs.
Attendees will be able to sign up for a free comprehensive home energy assessment to help determine what upgrades are needed and will qualify for future energy upgrade work for cash rebates from the state.
The forum is hosted by Assemblyman Sean Ryan and PUSH.
