A man suffered life-threatening wound when he was shot just after 8 a.m. Thursday in the Broadway-Memorial neighborhood, according to Buffalo police.
Homicide detectives were called to the shooting scene on the first block of Mohr Avenue by the intersection of Ashley Street, police spokesman Michael J. DeGeorge said.
The man, whose identity has not been released, was transported to Erie County Medical Center.
