Greystone Consolidated Companies, a provider of environmental, health, engineering, and management services headquartered in Saratoga Springs, in January will open a separately operated company, Greystone Global, that plans to hire 10 employees for its Williamsville offices, the firm announced Wednesday.
Greystone Global, the fifth such company opened under the auspices of Greystone Consolidated, will provide international environmental and safety services for major U.S. firms, said Thomas J. Morahan, who will serve as Greystone Global’s president.
The new company’s services include due diligence, compliance auditing and information systems services performed on behalf of industrial, private-equity and technology clients
In a news release, Morahan touted Buffalo as an ideal location for Greystone Global because the new company plans to tap into the talent pool at the University at Buffalo’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, its School of Law and the International Institute.
