A fire drove eight people - four adults and four children - from their East Side home early this morning, Buffalo fire officials said.
Firefighters were called to the home in the 700 block of East Eagle Street before 3 a.m., officials said, where they found the two-story home in flames.
Eight people were evacuated from the home and the fire was put out just after 3 a.m. Dogs were rescued from the home, as well, though officials were uncertain how many.
They estimated a total of damage at $95,000, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
